We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process If you are not satisfied with the products you order.


Return and exchange policy.


◎ A request for return may be submitted by contacting your Account Manager or email us directly at support@fultape.com .

◎ Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.
◎ Please allow 3-5 business days to see a refund on your PayPal Account/Credit Card statement.
◎ Import taxes, Air or ocean freight are not allowed to be refunded.

◎ COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
◎ We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you are going to exchange.
◎ Shipping fees for exchange are paid by buyers.
◎ For returns exceeding the 14 days but within warranty, please email us, our specialist will contact you at our earliest convenience.

◎ Any damages out of third party’s responsibility, if any, it is not allowed to be returned.  We will provide accessories and technical supports for repair if repair service is requested.


◎ We recommend that customers carefully read the product specifications before purchasing it. If possible, it is highly recommended to purchase a small amount of samples before buying in large quantity.


Items not allowed to be returned


◎ A 15% restocking fee would be applied to the items returned if materials are missed or merchandise is not in original packaging condition.
◎ Some products like the surface-mount LEDs, if packages have been opened, it will be deemed to have been used and can not be returned. Products in this kind will be specified in product page.
◎ Mass purchased, Customized or promotion products are not allowed to return. To avoid risk, it is required to take samples for testing before placing normal orders.
