Manufacturer's Warranties

We provide customers a manufacturer's warranty for products sold on fultape.cc! Warranty information is listed along with description of each product on our website if there is a manufacturer's warranty.

The limited warranty does not cover abuse, appearance damage, or damage due to nature, acts of God, misuse, negligence, or disassembly or modification of any part of the product and damage caused by the failure to correctly follow installation and operating instructions, in addition to the following reasons: Loss of or damage to the product due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident, or electrical current fluctuations. The warranty is valid and only applied when the products are properly used for their intended applications.

The fultape.cc and it's suppliers are neither responsible under any circumstance for the removal of or reinstallation of any product nor for the expense accumulated thereof.

If you encounter an issue of product quality, a specialist or technician from our support team is to assist and solve the issue. Technical support is always available by email. We will reply you as soon as we can within one to two working days.

The warranty starts from the date of purchase. If a product is confirmed to be defective, fultape.cc will be at it's options to provide repair, replacement and/ or issue store credit. Our specialist will contact you within 1~2 working days. Please do not return products to us without our prior approval.

If the total amount of the product for replacement is less than $50 or quantity is too small to be shipped safely, a refund will be issued to the customer. Shipping small single items will greatly increase the risks to be damaged during transportation.

Fultape.cc has the right to decide which shipping method will be used for the free replacements.
